Gift Certificates

Boutique Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased by contacting a customer service representative at 613-990-0962 or toll-free 1-855-202-4568 or by e-mail at ngcbook@gallery.ca. Please note that Gift Certificates may only be redeemed in-store and cannot be used online.

Member's Discount

Members of the National Gallery of Canada receive a 15% discount in the Boutique and online. Please send your Membership details (name, card number & expiry date) to ngcbook@gallery.ca to receive a discount coupon for online shopping.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unused items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Merchandise must be in original condition unless received damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To obtain a return authorization, please contact customer service by email (ngcbook@gallery.ca) or call 613-990-0962 or toll-free 1-855-202-4568 with your name and order number.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your merchandise. Consistent with the “EU Right to Withdrawal,” unused items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Merchandise must be in original condition unless received damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To obtain a return authorization, please contact customer service by email (ngcbook@gallery.ca) with your name and order number. We will confirm receipt of your request on our next regular business day.

Security

Payment for your purchase will be processed by Shopify Payments which is a Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant solution that securely processes payment card transactions. For further information about how the NGC handles the personal information you provide when shopping with us, please visit our privacy policy.

Shipping

Boutique orders ship within 1-3 business days. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from the Boutique, including a tracking number.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. 

Note: FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

To reduce our eco-footprint, we carefully package your items using recycled and repurposed packing materials.

Free Shipping (Within Canada Only)

We are pleased to offer free tracked shipping within Canada on orders of $100 or more (after discounts and before taxes). If your order qualifies for this offer, you will see a “Free Tracked Shipping (Over $100)” option under “Shipping Method” at checkout. Available for orders with a single delivery address.

US And International Shipping

Please note that only exhibition catalogues are eligible for shipping to the United States and internationally. Recipients are responsible for paying all applicable customs, duties and taxes upon delivery (these fees are not included at checkout). If a country is not listed in the shipping options, please contact us.
